[Actions constituting violations]
- Forging TUE application documents or documents submitted to a hearing panel, or providing, submitting, or testifying with false information
; manipulating the composition of samples
; threatening DCOs (doping control officers who handle sample collection procedures) or chaperones (doping control notification officers)
; obstructing sample collection
; intentionally destroying test kits, etc.
[Criteria for Suspension Period]
If JADA proves the violation was intentional: 4 years
years If the offender proves the violation was unintentional: 2 years
