These DINX Terms of Service (hereinafter, "these Terms") define the terms and conditions for using the services (hereinafter, "the Services") provided by DINX Corporation (hereinafter, "the Company") on this application. Users (hereinafter, "Users") shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
The contents of these Terms constitute the contract between the User and the Company.
Article 1 (Definition)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms of Service, completes account registration for this service, and uses this service.
- "Personal information" refers to any information that can identify an individual, such as address, name, occupation, telephone number, and email address.
- "User ID" refers to the unique ID set by the user to authenticate access to this service, as well as the email address and password registered by the user when they first started using this service.
- "Intellectual property rights" means copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire such rights or to apply for registration of such rights).
Article 2 (Application)
- These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships between the user and our company regarding the use of this service.

Article 3 (User Registration)

Article 4 (Management of User ID and Password)

- Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with any third party. If a login is made using a matching user ID, we will consider it to be made by the user who registered that user ID.
- Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of your user ID and password by a third party.
Article 5 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
- Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company and displayed in this application, in accordance with the method specified by the Company, as consideration for the paid portion of this service.
- Regardless of the reason, if the customer is unable to receive or no longer needs to receive the Service during the term of this Agreement, we will not refund the usage fee.
- If a user delays payment of the usage fee, the user shall pay late payment penalties at an annual rate of 14.6%.
Article 6 (Prohibited matters)
Users must not engage in the following actions when using this service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Any act that infringes upon the content of this service or any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights included in this service.
- Actions that disrupt or interfere with the functionality of our servers or networks, those of other users, or those of other third parties.
- Commercial use of information obtained through this service
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services
- Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
- The act of collecting or storing personal information of other users.
- Using this service for fraudulent purposes
- Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties.
- Acts of impersonating other users
- Advertising, soliciting, or commercial activities on this service that are not permitted by our company.
- An act aimed at meeting someone of the opposite sex whom you have never met before.
- Any act that directly or indirectly provides benefits to antisocial forces in connection with our services.
- Other actions that we deem inappropriate
Article 7 (Suspension of the Provision of the Service, etc.)
- If we determine that any of the following circumstances exist, we may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user.
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system related to this service.
- In the event that it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters,

- We reserve the right to terminate the provision of this service at our reasonable discretion. In this case, we will notify users in advance.
Our company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.
Article 8 (Restrictions on Use and Deregistration)
- Our company may, without prior notice, restrict a user's use of all or part of this service, or cancel their registration as a user, if the user falls under any of the following categories.

- If it is discovered that there are false facts in the registration information
- In the event of default on payment obligations such as fees
- If we do not receive a response from you within a certain period of time after contacting you,

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)
- We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that this service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, and infringements of rights related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc.).
- Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of this service. However, if the contract between our company and the user regarding this service (including these Terms and Conditions) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.
- Notwithstanding the proviso in the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to our breach of contract or tortious act, including damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where we or the user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages). Furthermore, our compensation for damages incurred by the user due to our breach of contract or tortious act shall be limited to the amount of the usage fee received from the user in the month in which the damage occurred.
- Our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may arise between users or third parties in connection with this service.
Article 11 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
Our company may change the content of this service or suspend or terminate the provision of this service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 12 (Changes to Terms of Use)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice to users if we deem it necessary. If a user begins using the Service after any changes to these Terms of Service, that user will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Service.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will handle personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".
Article 14 (Notice or Contact)
Notifications or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted in accordance with the methods specified by our company. Unless the user submits a change notification in accordance with the method separately specified by our company, we will consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and will send notifications or communications to that contact information, and these will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not assign or pledge to any third party their status under the User Agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
- In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
