01. If prohibited substances are detected in the collected urine or blood
更新日:2024年3月18日If a prohibited substance is detected in urine or blood samples taken during a doping test, it constitutes an anti-doping violation.
As stated in the anti-doping regulations, "It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure that they do not ingest prohibited substances," so even if a prohibited substance is not ingested intentionally, it is still a violation.
[Criteria for Suspension Period]
In case of violation involving non-specified substances/non-specified methods: 4 years
If JADA proves the violation was intentional: 4 years
In case of violation involving specified substances/specified methods: 2
years If the offender proves the violation was unintentional: 2 years
In case of violation involving abusive substances (proven that it occurred outside of a competition and was unrelated to competitive performance): 3 months
